Google Classroom training

Google Classroom is a suite of online tools that allows teachers to set assignments, have work submitted by students, then mark and return graded papers. It was created to eliminate paper in classes and to make digital learning possible. You can use it with laptops in schools, such as Chromebooks, to allow you and your students to share information and assignments more efficiently. As more schools have transitioned to online learning, Teachers most commonly use Google Classroom to implement paperless instruction. Furthermore, classrooms work with Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Sites, Earth, Calendar, and Gmail and can be supplemented by Google Hangouts or Meet for face-to-face live teaching or questions. So, are you ready for an interactive class with your students?

Office 365 Getting Started

The Microsoft Office 365 suite is a hosted, online version of the traditional installed version of Microsoft Office software. This online service is subscription-based and includes Office, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Lync Online and Microsoft Office Web Apps. However, the advantage of the Microsoft Office 365 suite is that Microsoft provides the cloud service and, thus, eliminates a company’s IT maintenance tasks, such as patching and infrastructure support costs. Likewise, for end users, the advantage is the ability to access Office 365 offerings using any device anywhere with an internet connection. I am eager to operate this software and discover its new features!
